• JOMA THAILAND reserves the right to remove or edit any content at any time
• We are not obligated to review content; you are solely responsible for its accuracy and legality

• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity
• Engage in unauthorized scraping, data collection, or commercial extraction
• Interfere with or disrupt Website operations or security

8. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) 
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price displayed at checkout shall apply
• Orders are binding only after payment is successfully processed and confirmed by us
• We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or correct pricing errors at any time
• Total amount payable = Product Price + Shipping Fees + Taxes (if any)

10. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

10.1 General Policy

We do NOT accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or preference change. Products may be EXCHANGED ONLY under the following conditions:

✅ Case A — Wrong Item / Wrong Size Sent by Us

• If we shipped the wrong product or wrong size compared to your confirmed order
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details
• We will exchange for the correct item/size at NO COST to you (we cover return & re-delivery shipping)

✅ Case B — Defective or Damaged Product

• If product arrives defective, damaged, or with manufacturing faults
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the defect
• We will inspect and, if confirmed, exchange for the same model/size
• If same model is unavailable → store credit or refund (full amount)

❌ NOT ELIGIBLE for Exchange

• You ordered the wrong size / changed your mind / ordered wrong color
• Product shows signs of wear, use, washing, or damage by customer
• Tags, packaging, or seals removed
• Clearance / promotional items (unless defective)
• Customized or personalized orders

10.2 Exchange Procedure

1. Contact us at jomapadel.th@gmail.com with Order Number, photos, and reason
2. We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions
3. Item must be unused, with original tags & packaging
4. Once received and inspected → exchange processed within 7–14 days
5. Customer pays return shipping unless the error is ours
   

11. Delivery and Shipping

• Estimated delivery within Thailand: [3–7 business days] after order confirmation
• Shipping fees: [Amount or "Calculated at Checkout"]
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address

12. Liability and Disclaimer

• JOMA THAILAND shall be liable only for damages directly arising from our breach of these Terms
• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for:
  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Defective products as required under the Product Liability Act B.E. 2551
• We are NOT liable for: lost profits, business interruption, indirect or consequential damages, service interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our reasonable control
